Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to work with me! Please review the booking policy below to ensure a smooth and productive experience. 1. Appointment Scheduling: - All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. 2. Rescheduling: - If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. - Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee or be subject to availability. 3. Cancellation: - Cancellations must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee. - If you cancel a session and do not reschedule, you may be charged for the full session if a refund is not applicable. 4. No-Show Policy: - If you miss an appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and you may be charged for the full session. Please ensure you inform us if you cannot attend. 5. Late Arrivals: - If you arrive late to a session, the session will end at the scheduled time. We will make every effort to accommodate you, but the session duration will not be extended, and the full session fee will apply. 6. Refunds: - Refunds are not provided for sessions missed or cancelled without the required notice. In exceptional circumstances, refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion. 7.
